Returns & Exchanges Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days. Please don’t send items back without this authorization.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached and in resalable condition. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Information

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used camping beds and airbeds
  • Opened camping cooking equipment
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
