• Free Shipping: For orders over £50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.4 Import Duties

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt if:

• Items are unused, in original packaging with tags attached
• You have the original receipt/proof of purchase

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5.4 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene/safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Used camping beds/airbeds
• Opened camping cooking equipment
• Personalized items
• Clearance/final sale items

5.5 Damaged/Defective Items
